With the spirit of cooperation guiding them, our chefs, Michael Holland and Johnny Livesay, are currently working on research and development for a menu that will complement our beers and be true to the vision of Black Star.

Over the past few years the desire for locally sourced and sustainable foods has gained momentum and moved into the public’s awareness. Austin is fortunate to be surrounded by a community of conscientious farmers and ranchers who put their all into raising and growing quality product for local consumption. Our chefs are committed to utilizing the bounty of our region to bring Texas pub fare to our membership and the general public that truly showcases our local producers.
