By Udder Means is an American-style milk stout brewed at De Proef, a state of the art facility dedicated to the development and small-scale production of beers for third parties. The resulting brew is proof of concept: not overly sweet, with a rich creamy lactose body paired with roast, cocoa, coffee, and a touch of smoke.
