Special Tap: Bière De Miel

Bière de Miel is named after a classic style of honey ale, and was brewed, fermented, and conditioned with raw Texas wildflower honey from Good Flow [the same provider that we use], then imparted with Jester King's blend of wild souring microorganisms. This one's the product of a long, slow fermentation, tying up one of their stainless steel vessels for over five months. Brewed in December of 2013, it was deemed ready and moved to conditioning sometime in May and given another dose of honey. 5.8%abv, finishes exceedingly dry. Not suitable for vegans.

It's gonna be a lively, foamy keg.
