Traditional Sunday Roast, Member Portraits, and Group Photo

We’ll be opening early on Sunday, December 12th to serve a special menu centered on a traditional Sunday roast. The Sunday roast is a hearty pub staple, commonly featuring roasted meat, potatoes, vegetables, and more. As with our other food offerings, we’ll bring it home to Austin with local ingredients and flavors (and veggie options)!.

We also want to recognize the early support of our Charter Member-Owners, and invite them to have their portraits taken in the brewpub for our archives. Portraits will also start at 4PM, and everyone will gather on the plaza at 4PM for a group photo of the membership.

This is a test run of expanded hours for our brewpub, so if you’d like to see us open early, let us know by trying out the Sunday roast. Regular service at the brewpub will continue through midnight.
