Boulevard’s Saison Brett starts as their famed Tank 7 Saison before going through a secondary fermentation with the eponymous wild yeast strain, Brettanomyces. This yeast adds a complex funkiness to an already expressively yeast-focused beer. This is the first year that this one has been available on draft in TX, and the few bottles that make it here each year fly off the shelves!
