Better would be: to give better guidance to the location,i.e. a sign at the St.John’s
intersection as where to turn into Black Star. #1 question at the bar
Last Friday when leaving Black Star—no lighting outside the building–easy to
get disoriented–trip and fall–don’t need the liability
