The world’s first co-operatively owned and worker self managed brewpub is seeking self-motivated individuals to join our Beer*, Kitchen, and Pub Teams.
We are a hybrid consumer and worker co-operative, and that means working at Black Star Co-op is a little different from other businesses. Worker co-operatives are the only workplace model that allows workers to truly own their labor, and as a consumer co-op we do that labor to meet the needs and aspirations of our community. That means working at Black Star requires greater responsibility and commitment, but with it you’ll receive greater autonomy, respect, and reward.
