Didn’t get your new member-owner card yet? Not to worry! We expect the change from the old, paper card to the new, plastic card will take some time. There are 2 ways to request a card and 2 ways to get your card.
To request your new card:
A. Send an email to email@example.com and ask for your card. Please let us know if your information needs updating and if you would like to pick up your card or have it mailed to you.
B. Fill out a card request form in person.
To get your new card:
A. You can pick it up next time you’re in the Co-op. Just ask the Pub Team member on hand.
B. We can mail it to you. (If possible, save your Co-op a stamp and pick it up in person.)
If you have not finished paying off your membership equity, please hold on to your temporary, paper card. As stated in our Bylaws, “members who have not fully contributed to their assessed capital investment shall receive no other benefits of membership.” As soon as you make your final payment, we’ll get you a new card.
