RESOLUTION 010
WHEREAS, the Board deems that the initiation of operations in the brewpub sufficient to revalue the cost of membership, and
WHEREAS, it is stated in section 1.2 of our bylaws that the Board may adjust the capital investment assessed for membership from time to time, and
WHEREAS, the Board wishes to show their appreciation to Charter Members of the Co-op for their early support, therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Black Star Co-op Board of Directors that the capital investment assed for membership be increased to $150 and joining fee be decreased to $0 for all new memberships initiated on or after November 1st, 2010, and that all Charter Memberships assessed at $85 continue to be deemed fully invested.
